I suspect that because Sandy Sturges passed away since then, Criterion may not have had the same access to these materials for the Blu-Ray. In an unrelated matter, I was thrilled to see 3 widescreen HD stills, looking beautiful, from Bill Forsyth's "Comfort And Joy" in the one new featurette. Chris Menges was the cinematographer on that terrific film, and it's ridiculous that there's no Blu-Ray or even DVD available.
